More than ever before, students admit that the meals they eat are not prepared in the home. They are consuming more fast-food meals and processed foods. We want students to learn the importance of making healthy food choices as well as how to prepare meals at home. 400+ students take our classes every year, so we have a great opportunity to reach a number of students to make better/healthier choices! Now we just need the funds to be able to do so. Feedback from students include "this is the most useful class I have ever taken" and "this was by far the most beneficial class I have ever taken...the things I learned in this class will help me a ton in the future!"
About my class
