No Books for a high school senior class? How could that be? If you went to a private or a county public school, that might be a surprising thing to consider, but for a city teacher in an inner city classroom filled with kids on free and reduced lunch, it is all part of moving kids forward with what you have. Not having the books we need is part of being a city student. It is unfair; it puts kids at a disadvantage when they already face so many.
