The Kun Shoulder Rests will be used everyday in our orchestra class to help students hold their violins correctly as well as promote proper posture and technique. These shoulder rests are collapsible which means they'll easily fit inside of student cases without damage. With the correct set-up thanks to these shoulder rests, students will be able to demonstrate correct left arm form. Additionally, they will be more successful when they start shifting up and down the instrument and introducing vibrato.
Giving low-income students the materials they need to perform properly is an investment in their musical future.
When students have an easier time holding their violins, their sound and technique will improve. These shoulder rests will set the foundation for their success in music.
