I work at a High-Risk Title I high school that is half Magnet and half zoned students from a very poor neighborhood. We have 3200 students of which over 60% Free and Reduced lunch.
My students are very excited to be competing in First Tech Challenge and to learn about robotics. I have three classes teaching STEM Robotics and an after school Robotics club to allow as many students as possible the opportunity to compete within the school and the scrimmages before the state competition.
