I am serving in OUSD (Oakland Unified) at Greenleaf Elementary as a 1st grade teacher. As a TFA baby, now grown up, I know that given the proper support all students can achieve greatness for life experiences they may have yet to dream. I was refereed to DonarsChoose by other TFA members and am excited and grateful for the support. School demographics: - 73% Latino, 21% African-American - More than 90% of students are eligible for free or reduced-priced lunch.
