RL.1 - Reading literature - book boxes to help students keep their books organized. This allows students to choose books they love as well as help them read stories that are on their ability level. NBT - Base ten manipulatives to help students learn visually. Writing Journals - To help students grow throughout the year in writing creatively. Journals allow students to use their imaginations and write and draw!
