I work a at school that I genuinely believe is one of the best public schools in New York City. The neighborhood is rough, but we provide a very loving and caring environment. We have a documented history of academic growth. The one department we are lacking in is technology. I want my students to gain skills needed for this century's work force. They are constantly being asked to write paper and projects by hand, but they should be taking every opportunity they can to types and use Internet resources. This is what they will have to do in the real world!
