I have the privilege to teach at one of the most diverse high schools in Massachusetts and the most diverse in the city of Boston. Our school is a large, inner-city community, with a majority of students from families living at or near the poverty level. Our students are some of the highest achievers, and we have a strong, classics-based curriculum. We believe all of our students deserve high expectations and the proper support to attain them. However, as our students are high performers, our school receives little to no funding. Your donation will help us acquire additional materials to bring technology into the mathematics classroom and enhance the learning experience.
