I am asking for a carpet for my classroom because it is essential in a young learner's classroom. Although, there will be times the students will be working at their desks, there will be times when students can move and change settings for another activity such as a read aloud. As an effective teacher, classroom environment is crucial. If students feel welcomed and have a clean and new rug, they will be ready to learn.
My students will come first. In addition to the rug, I am also asking for ink. I bought my own printer but I go through a significant amount of ink at home when I am working. My school has a system in which you need to submit copies and it is sometimes uncertain when you will receive them back. Therefore, a lot of my copies are done at home.
Thank you for helping support my students in their new journey as 2nd graders!
