My students are lively, brilliant cuties that love school and learning. Our school is in an area of high poverty, and 99% of our students qualify for assistance. We are the largest school in our area of English Language Learners, with 98% of our students learning English as a Second Language. My class, however, is mixed with English and Spanish speakers. I have 15 Bilingual children and 8 General Education children. Our school is so dynamic. We have dedicated teachers that work to make every day the "best day ever". Take a walk around our school and you will see vibrant, bright classrooms, lots of student generated work displayed, and students that are engaged and interested. And our prekindergarten classroom is the best! Bright, colorful, busy, and fun! We play music, sing, dance, and create every day. The kids are happy and secure and learning!
