Kindergartners cannot learn when their tummies are rumbling! They are learning to adjust to a long day of school and need to be able to refuel in the afternoon. Many of our families have food insecurity and need help providing food for at home. Many are unable to send snacks for school and this is where you come in! Giving everyone of my students the same snack daily is more equitable in the classroom. There should not be any haves and have nots when it comes to an afternoon snack. Thank you for helping make this possible.
