My students will be able to get the blood flowing through their veins! COVID-19 has limited many of their opportunities to run and play, especially in a park setting. Parents with good reason are keeping their kids safe at home, and many of my students are not able to run and play in a park setting. Due to low enrollment, we have an unused classroom in my building that I can turn into an indoor playground. This will give my students the opportunity to have brain breaks or an extra recess, especially when the weather is not cooperating or when we limit the amount of students outside because of COVID.
