I teach a separate class of students with varying disabilities. My core class is comprised of upper elementary boys, but throughout the day I have other students, as young as six years old, coming for extra help. My school is in a low income area. All students receive free lunch. My school district also has one of the highest dropout rates for students with disabilities.
