My school district encompasses more than 90 different languages. My students come from different countries, life challenges, and backgrounds to learn science in my room. For my students, basic necessities are not always certain. As I work to engage my students in science, I'm also trying to help them plan for the future. My students aren't used to planning ahead so this can be a stretch for them. It is the mixing of different cultures and personality which brings excitement to my classroom each and every day.

About my class
