My students are four and five-year-old boys and girls with very diverse backgrounds. Many of my students are English Language Learners and come from low income families. Many of them come to school with smiles on their faces, eager to find out what we are going to do for the day. Their curiosity always seems to amaze me. Children grasp knowledge at such a young age and setting that foundation early on is very important. I love to give children the opportunity to use their imagination in every way possible.
