With a fun and comfortable environment (chairs, lights, decor) my students will enjoy creating holiday artwork to share with our friends in the local nursing homes. The art supplies and color printer toner is needed to produce quality hand made cards and works of art. Many of my students have lost grandparents to Covid or have been unable to visit them in hospitals and nursing homes, so this project provides a way to pay it forward and honor their elderly loved ones. Nevada Academic Content Standard = ESCR 1.0: To model the Nevada State Employability Skills for Career Readiness Standards.
