It is only the beginning of the year but many of my students have already stated that Math is their favorite subject! I have noticed that they enjoy lessons with a hands-on approach and are always up for brainteasers! They work very well together and enjoy engaging lessons. They are very artistic students and like visual representations of Math concepts. A few of my students are new to the U.S. and are learning English as a Second language. So, speaking via manipulative is extremely important and helpful.
