Our school is a rural school with a very small enrollment. Although we are a public school, we're small enough to almost be considered a private school. Class sizes in our elementary school range from 3 - 5 students.
Our students have caring parents. They believe that our school offers their children a better education, partly because of the small class sizes. Our parents and children show dedication to their education by committing to a 100 mile round trip each day.
A large percentage of our students qualify for free and reduced meals, which shows the sacrifices the parents are willing to make to give their students what they consider to be the best.
Our students are like one big family - they have their squabbles, but are very supportive of each other.
I know "great" is an over-worked adjective, but our students are great!
