My class is a a first grade class. This is a steam school in an older part of town in Las Vegas. We have a very diverse population of children. My students are eager to get to school, energetic and love to learn. Our principal is new to our school and she is making some great changes in the expectations for student achievement at the school. I am new to this school and I'm new to this grade level. My goal is for my students to be able to have all the Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics opportunities available to them.
