Even though most, if not all of my students come from low-income families they come to school everyday with a smiling face. They are bilingual students who amaze me everyday. They work hard and I hold them to high expectations. I help them reach their full potential that I know they are capable of. They can be challenging at times, but they are supposed to be and I love them like they were my own. As for the school, all it needs is some TLC. It is the oldest building in the district and some things don't work but with a little love and sweat it's a second home to these students.
