Having a musically specific and colorful place to gather for beginners creating music will be a wonderful addition to our classroom!
A place easy to access for ALL students where they can meet to play instruments, practice learning musical notation, and study the different concepts needed to create a beautiful sound.
This will especially be an asset in my Adapted Music class where most of the students are non verbal but can learn to identify this colorful musical rug as a place where they create their music language.
There are also different music learning activities that have been specifically correlated to the music symbols used on this rug.
