My students have been learning about French culture as they also learn the language. This trip will make a difference by giving them a true "taste" of France! Please help my students enjoy real French food and please say "OUI" to this Donors Choose project. We have spent time learning about French breakfast foods, lunch foods, dinner foods, and, of course desserts. This trip will be to a restaurant 30 minutes away in Ridgefield CT. The owner is from France and will not only serve French cuisine, but will also offer lessons in how to create the perfect dessert crepe.
