Our students come from around the world to our diverse school to learn how to be a successful student and citizen. The 4th and 5th grade students I teach for literacy are two or three years behind their grade level. As a resource teacher for English Learners, I work with this special group of students to help reduce their class size (of 30) to a smaller and more individualized group of 15.
