I introduced my Ukulele to two of my classes and tested their ability on the instrument. I would love to purchase 20 ukuleles and start instruction as soon as possible. My students are very excited. They said that a Ukelele sounds very soothing (I have problem with volume and my student's sensory overload) and can be easily adapted to their skills (open tuning, removed # of strings). None of my students own an instrument and it would be great for them to have access to their own personal instrument. They might be able to take it home to practice and able to explore and develop their musicality with.
