I teach at a Title I School, where most students are on free or reduced lunch. My class is made up of 34 genuine learners. We are a diverse class including English Language Learners and Special Needs students. My students' diversity brings so much to the classroom and provides a great opportunity for students to learn from one another. I feel truly blessed to teach students who are as enthusiastic, caring, and eager to learn each day no matter what.
In addition to my 34 homeroom students, 57 other students enter my classroom to learn! I enjoy buddy teaching science to 34 additional students and love teaching a 4th grade level reading class to 24 additional students.
