My students and I are a part of a small school district in an urban California city. They are impoverished, underprivileged, minority students. 96% of my students qualify for free/reduced lunch.
They are challenged: economically and educationally. They were at a disadvantage last year and I challenge their minds. They are eager to learn and show a high interest in Science and Social Science.
